The family stayed in a renovated farm house in the town center, giving them an open look into this town's culture and history. IF YOU GO: Julie says you can't miss kayaking down the Gordon River under the Pont-du-Gard. She recommends Canoe Collias, an outfitter that allows self-guided tours so you can stop to picnic and swim. HER DREAM TRIP: There are so many places we'd love to experince but our dream trip would be a year-long around-the-world trip that included China and India. Dream big, right?"
